Financial Times reports that three lenders, including the UK car finance arms of Mercedes-Benz Group and Volkswagen Financial Services, have launched legal challenges against the Financial Conduct Authority over its proposed motor finance redress scheme, which is expected to cover millions of agreements linked to historic commission arrangements.
