The National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA), the leading trade association representing franchised car and commercial vehicle dealers in the United Kingdom (UK), has launched a new initiative, NFDA Business Solutions, to provide members with expert support and guidance on the complex areas of Finance & Insurance (F&I) plus compliance. Key Points: NFDA Business Solutions has been launched to support NFDA’s members throughout the UK manage the increasingly complex F&I and compliance environment. NFDA Business Solutions will provide members with updates on the fast-moving F&I environment alongside hands-on day-to-day advice for individual members. This initiative forms part of NFDA’s support for members as the voice of the franchised car and commercial vehicle retailers in the UK. Real Answers.”, NFDA Business Solutions offers dealers direct access to specialist advice across key regulatory and operational areas, including Consumer Duty, commission disclosure, and best practice F&I processes. NFDA Business Solutions also offers F&I health checks, compliance reviews and Board Report guidance to help dealers demonstrate good outcomes under the Consumer Duty framework. In particular, NFDA Business Solutions will support with FCA compliance in relation to the upcoming redress scheme following the Supreme Court ruling on motor finance, which NFDA was heavily involved in. NFDA believes that this offering can support its members with F&I, allowing them to concentrate on what they do best, helping customers find the right vehicle for them.
