Dear colleague, NFDA is continuing to engage with the Financial Conduct Authority to support a consistent, industry-wide approach to data provision under the motor finance redress scheme. As the scheme is now in effect, it is anticipated that lenders will begin engaging with dealers across the UK to request historic data and supporting information. In response, NFDA is helping to facilitate a coordinated approach to ensure that data requests are managed in a structured, proportionate and efficient way. Please contact NFDA Business Solutions for guidance on F+I issues and compliances. NFDA’s Winter 2026 Dealer Attitude Survey (DAS) now complete and will publish early May .
