Last week, NFDA was delighted to attend the Birmingham Careers Fair at the Leonardo Royal Hotel, where our team engaged with young people exploring future career paths. We had the opportunity to speak to attendees about the diverse and exciting opportunities within the automotive sector, while promoting our members and raising awareness of the industry as a rewarding career choice. As part of our Drive My Career initiative, our goal is to highlight the wide range of roles available and attract the next generation of talent into the automotive industry. We will continue to attend major careers fairs, including the upcoming London Careers Fair at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 7 November 2025 .
