On Thursday, the NFDA HR Working Group came together to discuss the latest HR and recruitment subjects, a diverse agenda covering everything from the upcoming developments with the Employment Rights Bill to Micro Retirement. With the support of members of the team from Indeed, the group discussed the current trends in recruitment and how best to promote vacancies through their analytically driven platform. We were also joined by Julia Muir of the Automotive 30% Club, who presented how the diversity of your work force is essential to drive the expanse of knowledge at senior management levels of Automotive Retail. Our members found the meeting extremely informative and we welcome new representatives to this knowledgeable working group going forward at our quarterly meetings hosted at our London Head Office.
