Sue Robinson, Chief Executive of the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) commenting on the consultation on the Financial Conducts Authority (FCA) proposed redress scheme said: “NFDA has been working closely with the FCA for many months in relation to motor finance and we welcome the opportunity to participate in the FCA’s consultation on the proposed redress scheme. NFDA will continue to engage closely with the FCA on behalf of members to ensure the dealer perspective is fully represented in the redress scheme and to maintain economic stability and market certainty.”
